Meeting Minutes:
October 28, 2008
The meeting of the Walpack Township Committee was called to order at 8 p.m. by Mayor Fuller who stated this meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.
Present were: Committeeman Maglio, Committeeman Heigis, and Mayor Fuller
Also in attendance: Michelle LaStarza
The minutes of the Spetember 30, 2008 meeting were presented for approval. Committeeman Maglio made a motion to approve the minutes seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried.
Committeeman Heigis made a motion to approve the vouchers for payment seconded by Committeeman Maglio and unanimously carried. The following bills were approved for payment:

The Chief Finance Officer, Michelle LaStarza, presented the committee the corrective action plan. Ms. LaStarza will forward the plan to the state.
Mayor Fuller stated the State Policing issue has been put to rest. It was ruled by the state court unlawful to charge rural towns for policing services.
The committee reviewed the correspondence.
There being no further business to discuss and no one in attendance, Committeeman Maglio made a motion to adjourn the meeting seconded by Committeeman Heigis. The meeting was adjourned at 815 p.m.
