Meeting Minutes:
July 28, 2009
The meeting of the Walpack Township Committee was called to order at 8 p.m. by Mayor Fuller who stated this meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.
Present were: Mayor Fuller, Deputy Mayor Maglio, and Committeeman Heigis
Also in attendance: Virginia Fuller, Deputy Clerk and Michelle LaStarza, CFO
The minutes of the June 30, 2009 meeting were presented for approval. Deputy Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the minutes seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried.
The vouchers were presented for approval by Mayor Fuller. Committeeman Heigis made a motion to approve the vouchers for payment seconded by Deputy Mayor Maglio and unanimously carried.

Michelle LaStarza explained the audit was not completed but would be prepared and available at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
Mayor Fuller read the resolution to extend the interest rate until August 17, 2009. Deputy Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the resolution seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried.
The committee reviewed the correspondence.
There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Committeeman Heigis made a motion to close the meeting seconded by Deputy Mayor Maglio. The meeting was adjourned at 8:13 p.m.
