Walpack Township Committee Meeting Minutes:
October 29, 2013
The meeting was called to order at 8 p.m. by Mayor Maglio who stated
this meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Public Meeting Act
having been duly advertised.
Present: Mayor Maglio, Committeeman Heigis, and Committeewoman Wycalek
Also in attendance: Michelle LaStarza
The minutes of the September 24, 2013 meeting were presented for approval.
Committeeman Heigis made a motion to approve the minutes seconded by
Committeewoman Wycalek and unanimously carried.
The committee reviewed the vouchers. Committeeman Heigis made a motion to
approve the vouchers seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek and unanimously carried.
The committee reviewed the treasurer’s report. Committeewoman Wycalek made a
motion to approve the report seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously
carried.

Michelle LaStarza presented the Best Practices Worksheet. The committee reviewed and discussed the paperwork. Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the worksheet seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried.
The committee reviewed the correspondence.
There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Committeeman Heigis made a motion to adjourn seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek. The meeting was adjourned at 8:21 p.m.
