Walpack Township Committee Meeting Minutes:

October 25, 2016

Mayor Maglio called the meeting of Walpack Township Committee to order at 7 p.m. stating this meeting was held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.

Present: Committeewoman Wycalek and Mayor Maglio

Absent: Committeeman Heigis and Michelle LaStarza

Committeewoman Wycalek made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting from September 27, 2016 seconded by Mayor Maglio. Minutes were unanimously accepted as presented.

The bills list was presented for approval. Committeewoman Wycalek made a motion to approve the report seconded by Mayor Maglio. The following bills were approved for payment:

The Best Practice survey was presented having been prepared by Michelle LaStarza. Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the Best Practice survey seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek with a note that the typo in the date would need to be changed.

There being no one from the public in attendance and no further business to discuss, Mayor Maglio made a motion to adjourn seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek. This meeting was adjourned at 7:32p.m.
