Walpack Township Committee Meeting Minutes:

November 29, 2016

Mayor Maglio called the meeting of Walpack Township Committee to order at 7 p.m. stating this meeting was held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.

Present: Committeewoman Wycalek, Committeeman Heigis, and Mayor Maglio

Also in Attendance: Michelle LaStarza and Riaa Maglio, Deputy Clerk

Absent: Kelly Maglio, Acting Clerk

Committeewoman Wycalek made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting from October 25th, 2016 seconded by Committeeman Heigis. Minutes were unanimously accepted as presented.

The bills list was presented for approval. Committeewoman Wycalek made a motion to approve the payment of bills seconded by Committeeman Heigis. The following bills were unanimously approved for payment:

The 2017 meeting dates were presented to the committee. Committeewoman Wycalek made a motion to approve the dates seconded by Committeeman Heigis, and unanimously carried.

There was one member of the public present but no questions and no further business to discuss; therefore Mayor Maglio made a motion to adjourn seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek.
This meeting was adjourned at 7:08p.m.
