Walpack Township Committee Meeting Minutes:

December 27, 2016

Mayor Maglio called the meeting of Walpack Township Committee to order at 7 p.m. stating this meeting was held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.

Present: Committeewoman Wycalek, Committeeman Heigis, and Mayor Maglio

Also in Attendance: Michelle LaStarza

Committeeman Heigis made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting from November 29, 2016 seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek. Minutes were unanimously accepted as presented.

The bills list was presented for approval. Committeeman Heigis made a motion to approve the payment of bills seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek. The following bills were unanimously approved for payment:

Michelle LaStarza presented the 2017 Pro Service Agreement for Audit Services and it was reviewed by the committee. Committeemen Heigis made a motion to approve the agreement seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek and it was unanimously accepted as presented.

Mayor Maglio read the following resolution:

Mayor Maglio addressed the committee to inform them that he was going to contact Senator Oroho to get an update on the school legislation. He also stated that he would be attending the Mayors Conference. Finally, he stated that he would be sending a thank you letter to Scott Garrett.

There being no one from the public in attendance and no further business to discuss, Mayor Maglio made a motion to adjourn seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek. This meeting was adjourned at 7:18p.m.
