The meeting of the Walpack Township Committee was called to order at 8 p.m. by Mayor Fuller who stated this meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.

Present were: Deputy Mayor Maglio, Mayor Fuller

Also in attendance: Virginia Fuller, Michelle LaStarza

The minutes of the August 25, 2009 meeting were presented for approval. Deputy Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the minutes seconded by Mayor Fuller.

Deputy Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the vouchers for payment seconded by Mayor Fuller. The following bills were approved for payment:

Michelle LaStarza presented the corrective action plan for the audit. The plan will be forwarded to the state.

Mayor Fuller signed the forms for the submission of the Municipal Alliance Grant. Mayor Fuller read the resolution authorizing submission of an application for the Municipal Alliance Grant for the Calendar Year 2010. Deputy Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the resolution seconded by Mayor Fuller.

The committee reviewed the correspondence.

There being no further business to discuss and no one in attendance, Deputy Mayor Maglio made a motion to adjourn the meeting seconded by Mayor Fuller. The meeting was adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
