The committee reviewed the meeting dates for 2010. Deputy Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the dates seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried. The clerk will advertise the dates in the New Jersey Herald.

The clerk informed the committee of recent reviews of vital records by the State Registrar. The clerk in Sandyston has been the Deputy Registrar for a number of years. Betsy Pinzone, employed at Sandyston Township, is listed as an alternate registrar. The clerk stated since Walpack Municipal Building has limited hours, the records would be stored at Sandyston Township so citizens could have access on a daily basis. After a brief discussion, the committee agreed the records be forwarded to Sandyston and a letter be sent to the State Registrar explaining the situation.

Ferraioli, Wielkotz, Cerullo, & Cuva submitted the 2010 Audit Agreement in the amount of $10,550. Committeeman Heigis made a motion to approve the agreement seconded by Deputy Mayor Maglio and unanimously carried. The clerk signed the agreement.

The committee reviewed the correspondence.

There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Mayor Fuller made a motion to adjourn the meeting seconded by Committeeman Heigis. The meeting was adjourned at 8:14 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Betsy M. Cuneo
Municipal Clerk
