Mayor Fuller will update the committee at the next regularly scheduled meeting.

The committee discussed the Best Practices toolkit initiative sent by Governor Christie. It is a guide that is to assist municipalities with improving efficiency and manage budgets without raising property taxes. Participation and compliance will determine the amount of aid received in state aid. Each municipality needs to meet an established percentage of the checklist items. The clerk and chief finance officer are reviewing the material.

The committee reviewed the correspondence.

There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Committeeman Maglio made a motion to adjourn the meeting seconded by Mayor Fuller. The meeting was adjourned at 8:14 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Betsy M. Cuneo
