The clerk updated the committee on the Slap Program. The building will be scrapped and painted sometime in August or September but not the copula. The sheriff’s office estimates the building will take three weeks to paint. The sheriffs department requested that the township hire an exterminator for bees and have scaffolding on site.

The committee reviewed the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. Due to questions regarding the ordinance and engineering, first reading was postponed until the next meeting. Mayor Maglio made a motion to postpone the introduction until the next regularly scheduled meeting seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried.

The committee reviewed the correspondence.

There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Committeeman Heigis made a motion to adjourn seconded by Committeeman Pagano. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Betsy M. Cuneo
Municipal Clerk
