Walpack Township Committee Meeting Minutes:
January 29, 2013
Mayor Maglio called the meeting of the
Walpack Township Committee to order at 8 p.m. stating this meeting was being
held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly
advertised.
Present:
Committeeman Heigis, Committeeman Pagano, and Mayor Maglio
Also
in attendance: Michelle LaStarza
Committeeman
Heigis made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 18, 2012 meeting and
the January 8, 2013 reorganization minutes seconded by Committeeman Pagano and
unanimously carried.
Michelle
LaStarza submitted the treasurer’s report and bills list for approval.
Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve seconded by Committeeman Pagano and
unanimously carried. The following
