May 2015 Township Committee Meeting Minutes-Walpack Township, NJ

Mayor Maglio called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. stating this meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.

Present: Mayor Maglio, Committeewoman Wycalek

Also in attendance: Michelle LaStarza

Absent: Committeeman Heigis, Municipal Clerk Betsy Cuneo

Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the April 28, 2015 Minutes seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek.

Michelle LaStarza presented the bills list for payment. Mayor Maglio made a motion to approve the vouchers for payment seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek. The following bills were approved for payment:

There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Mayor Maglio made a motion to adjourn seconded by Committeewoman Wycalek. The meeting was adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
