September 2015 Township Committee Meeting Minutes-Walpack Township, NJ

Mayor Maglio called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. stating this meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.

Present were: Mayor Maglio, Committeeman Heigis, and Committeewoman Wycalek

Also in attendance: Michelle LaStarza

Committeewoman Wycalek made a motion to approve the August 25, 2015 minutes seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried.

Michelle LaStarza presented the bills for payment. Committeewoman Wycalek made a motion to approve the vouchers for payment seconded by Committeeman Heigis and unanimously carried. The following bills were approved for payment:

Mayor Maglio stated the township received a letter from the Land Conservancy of New Jersey wishing to meet to discuss opportunities to connect to and expand existing
recreational areas. Mayor Maglio will attend a meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2015.

Michelle LaStarza stated next month the Best Practices Worksheet will be ready for approval by the committee.

The committee reviewed the correspondence.

There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Mayor Maglio made a motion to adjourn seconded by Committeeman Heigis. The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
